floating wind turbine technology utilizes a floating platform as a support structure, allowing the wind farm to be built far from the coast to avoid interference with the landscape, fishing, and other coastal activities.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>The project benefits from technological and logistic synergies with the other offshore wind initiatives managed within the same partnership and from the broad technical and operational capability of the project partners.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c728bbd class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c80c1f8 disc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c80c1f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Thanks to the floating support structure of the turbines, it was possible to position the wind farm in waters more than 35 km away from the coast of Sardinia, making it substantially imperceptible to the naked eye from the mainland. <br \/><br \/><\/li><li>Exact positioning was carefully chosen having verified its compatibility or non-interference with all areas considered important due to environmental, landscape, economic or other constraints.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4cc7dc5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4cc7dc5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Energy Security and Decarbonization Contribution\u200b<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-42e941e disc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"42e941e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>The Ichnusa project is 504MW with a yearly production of around 1.6 TWh of renewable energy, will be enough to satisfy the electricity consumption of around 600,000 households, contributing to the decarbonization objectives of the 2030 National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan.<\/li><li>The total CO<sub>2<\/sub> prevented will be 500,000 tons for every year the project operates.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
